Custom Painting

INTERIOR PREP PROCESS:

·      We remove blinds and faceplates

·      Move and cover furniture

·      Meticulously mask off flooring and other areas not to be painted

·      Repair any drywall areas and texture those areas if needed

·      Sand doors, jambs and any other enamel areas

·      Prime surfaces where needed

·      Apply two coats

EXTERIOR PREP PROCESS:

·     Pressure wash all surfaces to be painted

·     Repair any stucco damage

·     Repair any cracks in stucco

·     Scrape loose paint

·     Prime bare wood

·     Sand areas where needed

·     Mask off windows

·     Cover shrubs and other areas not to be painted

·     Mask off and cover ground

·     Water proof where needed
